PACKAGE DESIGN
BON CABE is a seasoning powder made from red peppers and it originates from Indonesia. These spices can be sprinkled on top of dishes to add a little spiciness. The package was designed as a gift because many foreigners are interested in new spices in Indonesia. There are two main features on this design - the vivid colors of the illustration, and the compact size so that it can be easily transported, making it an ideal souvenir. Furthermore, the transparent packaging is so that people can see what the product looks like.
BON CABE (ボン・チャべ) はインドネシア産のふりかけ唐辛子である。 料理に掛けるとちょうどいいピリ辛な味になって、とてもアクセントが出る。海外の人が喜ぶ商品なので、お土産用にデザインをしてみた。 スパイスの色を使って鮮やかなグラフィックと、コンパクトに持ち帰れるような小さめのサイズがデザインのポイントである。透明な入れ物に入ってる事によって、中にある唐辛子を見ることができる。
